Shady things going on with credit cards, bank accounts?

Have you recently been noticing that the balance on your credit cards seem to stay stagnant? That there are weird fees hiking up for using a non bank atm? overdraft fees? posting/pending confusion? Those odd occurences are not out of nowhere! They are actually happenining and pre-meditated or on purpose if you ask me. Banks are now finding every way possible to charge for anything these days so be extra careful about keeping up with your bank account. Also, credit cards are hiking up interest rates for those who are making mimimum payments. Just be extra careful is all i'm saying.. seems like now that the banks are bailed out... the mistakes are being passed on to us... =(
